This is my favorite location of The Alley. Situated right across Mile Square Regional Park, their plaza offers ample parking. I ordered a Lychee Green Tea with lychee jelly. I opted for 70% sweet and regular ice. (There is a slight charge if anyone wants less ice or no ice at all.) The store was quite busy when I went after lunch, but I waited for less than 5 minutes until my drink was ready. The lychee flavor was still quite sweet, yet enjoyable. On the other hand, the translucent lychee jelly was really chewy. Perhaps next time, I'll try it with 50% sugar. Lastly, I am super fond of this location's cleanliness, and adequate seating with power outlets.

Line was moving pretty steadily even though there were a lot of people here. We didn't stay long after we got our drinks. There's plenty parking spots outside and I think they also do online orders too if you want to order ahead for pickup. Drinks weren't so bad either. Would come back next time to try out their other drinks

Have come to store today. Great at most people. Clean and bright place. The order is made quickly and taste. One sip and you can feel the freshess of the ingredients. I order a few to taste it out. We got some small souvenirs for grand opening, but they are cute enough that i think i gonna get them by itself if not even for the grand opening. It cheap too so it is worth to get it. Especially the cuo hanger. But it is worth to comeback for a few reason like red dragon cheese foam, strawberry pomelo, mango pomelo. Note #1!! the baos is zelle or cash only. Note #2. If crowded. The street parking nearby seem plenty. The parking for the store is very limited

Go to this and try some different dessert drinks! We randomly passed by and picked this place with good ratings, we were surprised of the creativity. There are 5 very different types of teas (see attached pictures), and they have additional variations on top. The drinks are beautifully served in distinct colors, thy are flavorful and interesting. I had the blue Ube Brown Sugar Deerioca Crime Brûlée milk, that’s a mouthful . It was served as a 3-layer drink with purple yam, brown sugar, and boba. Delicious combination that’s a bit thick. My wife had the Strawberry Green Tea with Jelly. The bright and colorful drink reminds us of some Vietnamese traditional drinks with multiple types of jellies. It’s light but complex, with bits of strawberries and different textures of jellies to chew on. Highly recommended if you enjoy trying something different!

New boba tea shop!! On the grand opening day, they have BOGO promotion (pretty good deal). After 2 hours wait, we finally got our drink. The Cream Brulee Milk with Brown Sugar Boba was amazing!! Not too sweet and boba was ver chewy and soft. Store decoration was very pretty, good lightning (suitable for selfies haha) and very clean, modern and new.

THE ALLEY dessert restaurant in Fountain Valley, California was the perfect destination to top off the night after a delicious seafood dinner with the family. The restaurant was spacious, clean and welcoming. The line was not too bad this evening. Note: They only take credit cards here, so no cash. I treated the family and nieces to an order of large Snow Velvet Peach Oblong Tea with Creme Brulee, a regular Strawberry LuLu with Crystal Boba, a regular Royal Milk Tea with Crystal Boba, a regular Snow Velvet Jasmine Green Tea with Crystal Boba, two (2) large Brown Sugar Deerioca Creme Brulee Milk Tea, along with an order of Five Spice Popcorn Chicken and Skinny Cajun Fries. I had the Brown Sugar Deerioca Creme Brulee Milk Tea which was sweet, delicious and refreshing. Everyone was standing around smiling, laughing and enjoying their drinks. Your typical fresh milk with brown sugar boba joint. Came here as I was in the area. Huge parking lot with ample parking. The boba shop is very aesthetically pleasing. There was a long line of about 10 people. Took about 20 mins to place my order and 10 mins to get my drinks. The drink is pretty average. Fresh milk and brown sugar is always good. I’ve also had tiger milk in Rowland and it was quite similar. I don’t think anywhere can really make it extra amazing. The boba was half chewy, maybe I bc I didn’t get the fresh batch of boba :(. But given that This is the only location serving this type of drink in OC, if I lived in the area, I would probably come back.

LOVE the decor! Definitely adds to the vibe! Great place to hang out with friends! The Strawberry Mochi Smoothie reminded me of strawberry sherbet.
